Pharmacy Director
Directs the overall operation of the Pharmacy Department in accordance with Medical Center policies and goals as well as in accordance with applicable federal, state and local legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinates and directs the activities of department personnel who provide a full range of pharmaceutical services to the Medical Center. Develops, secures approval and administers the budget for the department.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy. Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Mississippi. Minimum of three to five years of progressively more responsible hospital pharmacy experience is required. Analytical ability needed to assist with preparation of the departmental plans, budget and policies and procedures. Interpersonal skills needed to supervise personnel and to interact with clinical professionals from various medical center departments.
