Job Description
Pharmacist, Pharmacy Team Lead - PICU/NTU 40 Hrs/week- Variable Shift
This position provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients and clinical pharmacy practice leadership on the Pediatric ICU and the Neuro Trauma Unit to ensure smooth, consistent operation in accordance with governmental regulatory agencies and corporate guidelines, policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy Must have licensure as a Pharmacist and be able to dispense controlled substances in the State of Utah Must have at least 2 years of experience and/or training in a hospital pharmacy, with one year in a clinically oriented position Current ACLS, PALS or equivalent certification required Good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities Prefer experience in a pediatric hospital environment
