Pharmacist, Staff - Outpatient Pharmacy
This position will work 40 hours a week. Work schedule can be flexible. The pharmacy is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday; Saturdays 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed on Sunday.
Provides comprehensive pharmacy services to inpatients, outpatients, hospital staff and physicians to ensure smooth, consistent operation in accordance with governmental regulatory agencies and corporate guidelines, policies and procedures. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE & SIGN ON BONUSES AVAILABLE!

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Must have a license as a Pharmacist in the state of Utah and be able to dispense controlled substances. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills are required. Experience and/or training in a retail pharmacy and hospital pharmacy environment is preferred.
