REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital pharmacy utilizing unit dose, IV admixtures and pharmacy computer systems. Experience supervising supportive personnel. Good mathematical and analytical skills. Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word programs. Current WA State Board of Pharmacy Preceptor licensure. Residency or equivalent experience. Bachelor of Science Degree. Washington State Registered Pharmacist License.
PREFERRED: PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy). BLS/CPR. ACLS/PALS. Current or Pending State License in Practicing State Must Have current Cardiopulmonary (CPR) certification along with BCLS or ACLS
