Pharmacist Supervisor Evening Shift
To provide quality pharmaceutical care to achieve outcomes that will improve our patient's quality of life. By working as a part of the healthcare team we share the responsibility of monitoring drug response to drug therapy and optimizing drug regimens to improve patient outcomes Clinical Services: Include nutrition support, pharmacokinetic services, polypharmacy medication review, anticoagulation education, renal drug monitoring, patient care rounding, drug information support for health-care providers and a focus on an integrated, health-care system for optimum delivery of care
Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy and in cooperation with other supervisory and resource personnel of the department, is responsible for the daily supervision of the department in accordance with the departmental philosophies, goals, and objectives. Services the needs of neonatal, pediatric, adult, adolescent and geriatric patients. Specific age groups are identified in the position responsibilities. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Requirements: Applicants must have minimum of Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, and possesses a Florida pharmacy license (or be eligible for licensure) Previous pharmacy supervision experience
