The Pharmacy Director is responsible for ensuring the provision of Pharmaceutical care for all patients within the scope of the hospital. The director's responsibilities include management of fiscal and human resources, meeting all regulatory standards, business and strategic planning, priority setting and direct supervision of clinical and support personnel. Collaboration with medical staff and all departments/ services within the organization to achieve all goals and objectives of the hospital, clinics, and BHS.

Education/Experience: 5 years Hospital Pharmacy experience required, 2 years as manager/supervisor preferred. Graduate degree preferred. Proven leadership skills required. Technical Skills: Ability to prepare IV's, TPN's, ophthalmic products, & other special IV or injectable products. PC Competencies: The incumbent
