Job Description
Critical Care Clinical Specialist -Pharmacy-1st shift
Job Overview: Provides specialized clinical pharmacy services for patients receiving care under the medical direction of a specialty department division, or service, regardless of the physical location of the patient within the hospital or ambulatory clinics. Coordinate these activities of doctor of pharmacy students, pharmacy residents, and staff PHARMACISTs assigned to the specialty area.
Education: PharmD or MS (Clinical Pharmacy) degree. Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred, 2-3 years experience as a clinical PHARMACIST, preferred.
Experience: Three years' experience in a critical care clinical setting. Registered PHARMACIST in the state of Ohio. BLS certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
