Responsibilities: Provide clinical consultation and staff education regarding transplant immunology, immunosuppression, and transplant therapeutics Develops clinical protocols Coordinates implementation of computerized patient clinical research database Designs, conducts, analyzes and communicates clinical outcomes research for quality reporting and improvement initiatives Accountable for the delivery of pharmaceutical care Applies advanced academic preparation and clinical expertise to meet patient care needs Provides day to day departmental leadership in areas of accountability through mentorship and continuing education of pharmacists

Requirements for this job: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy Advanced Professional Degree (Pharm.D, PhD in health-related field) Current Pharmacist license within the state of practice
