Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing all medication storage and preparation Ensure the pharmacy provides optimal services Meets all legal, accreditation and certification requirements Maintain adequate medication inventory Maintain adequate staffing level Prepares annual pharmacy budget plan Develops and enforces policies and procedures that promote cost-effective and safe medication use Provide educational needs of healthcare professionals, patients, and their families

Requirements for this job: Current Pharmacy state license within the state of practice Bachelor's of Science or Pharm.D Degree from an approved College of Pharmacy 1-5 years hospital experience with 3-5 years in a management position preferred Proven Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility and results Must pass background check and drug screen Proven customer service skills
