Responsibilities: Will oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of all patient medication safety, accreditation and regulatory programs and projects. Will act as the primary liaison between pharmacy, nursing and medical staff leadership personnel to analyze and develop safe medication use system practices and systems in addition to assuring accreditation and regulatory compliance.

Requirements for this job: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy Current license within the state of practice Knowledge of medical safety and regulatory compliance preferred Minimum of five years of experience and progressive responsibility in leadership within a healthcare organization preferred
