Responsibilities: Drug Utilization Reviews, order processing, therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic monitoring, drug information and IV admixture. This position includes clinical and staff pharmacist duties.

Requirements for this job: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D degree Current Pharmacist license within the state of practice Residency training from accredited institution preferred At least two years hospital experience as a clinical pharmacist Demonstrates good interpersonal skill and able to resolve conflict in a calm manner Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to independently take initiative and exercise good judgment in decision-making Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadline pressures and to simultaneously handles multiple projects Knowledgeable of pharmacy distribution systems and computer systems, including databases, spreadsheets, word processing and chart/graphing software Current Driver's License and car insurance within the state of practice Demonstrates leadership skills
