Consulting Pharmacist Skilled Nursing Facility

Provider of professional pharmacy services to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. Locations in 47 states in the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities: Responsible for performing drug regimen reviews and nursing unit inspection Participation in Quality Assurance Committee, infection control and other committees Provides pharmacist-to-nursing inservices Assist with implementing facility regional objectives Will serve on the implementation team of their assigned facility Assist with reviewing all relevant changes in state and federal pharmacy regulations Must attend consultant pharmacist meetings and work the weekend and/or holidays when scheduled

Requirements for this job: Current Pharmacy state license in practicing state Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
