This facility provides complete dispensing services and medication delivery to customers seven days a week. Our goal is to anticipate and satisfy customers by listening to their needs. Our highly trained and qualified professionals respond to many complex needs and are committed to providing optimum resident care in a cost effective manner.
Responsibilities: Responsible for completing medication regimen reviews Monitoring drug therapy to promote optimal clinical outcomes Assisting client facilities to maintain regulatory compliance Serve as a drug information resource for other members of the interdisciplinary team Working with facility and pharmacy staff members to monitor and evaluate all aspects of pharmaceutical care within the client facilities

Requirements for this job: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with residency or other clinical experience Current Pharmacist license within the state of practice Long term care or geriatric experience preferred Geriatric certification encouraged Strong oral and written communication skills
