Pharmacist Opportunity ***$12K Sign On Bonus with Possible Relocation Bonus***!! SALARY: $34.00 - $52.00
Variable Shifts, Day shift every 4th weekend, Some Weekends The Pharmacist position will provide consultative services to the medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff. Provides prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals and compounds medications according to professional standards and practices. Acts in managing the daily operations of the Pharmacy in the absence of the Director.
This facility is in a growing community, providing a more challenging practice environment - sa NICU, intensivists, C-Port study. Clinical services operate 7 days a week Large oncology program Established investigational drug service New space - USP 797 compliant clean room Administrative support for expanding services and staff. Decentralized pharmacists in ICU and NICU. Self-scheduling for pharmacists, only work ever 4th weekend.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Current or Pending State License in Practicing State Two Years of Recent Hospital Pharmacy Experience Required Experience Providing Clinical Services Preferred Must Have current Cardiopulmonary (CPR) certification along with BCLS or ACLS
