Clinical Coordinator Pharmacist
The clinical coordinator pharmacist will oversee 4-5 pharmacists in the daily operation of the pharmacy department.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: B.S. or Pharm.D. or clinically oriented Masters in Pharmacy. Must have experience in critical care, infectious disease and anticoagulation phone Completion of an ASHP accredited Hospital Pharmacy residency preferred.
