Pharmacist- Advanced Clinical - Faculty Full Time- Days
The “Faculty Advanced Clinical Pharmacist” classification is for pharmacists who demonstrate the application of general clinical skills in areas of advanced practice in both a classroom and clinical practice setting. The “Faculty Advanced Clinical Pharmacist” provides oversite and/or direct supervision of all college of Pharmacy students. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE & SIGN ON BONUSES AVAILABLE!

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Must maintain a current Pharmacist license issued by the State of Utah. Must provide documentation of an advanced level degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy. Minimum additional 12 months of advanced residency training, with certification of completion in area of specialization and a minimum of 12 months of evaluated experience in pharmacy practice with substantial demonstrated commitment to the delivery of clinical pharmacy service in area of specialization. Minimum additional 48 months of evaluated experience in institutional acute care pharmacy practice with significant demonstrated commitment to delivery of clinical pharmacy service in the area of specialization. Previous faculty experience would be considered
