REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a minimum of a BS Degree. Must be licensed by the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy. Advanced degree (PharmD), health-system pharmacy experience, and/or residency training preferred
