Pharmacy Director Central Fill Outpatient Facility

Responsibilities: Will manage a central fill dispensing operations facility Control inventory, optimize utilization of central fill opportunities, follow-up on product shortages and manage formulary changes Oversee all aspects of reporting for the central fill activities Manage staff responsible for delivery of completed central fill prescriptions to a customer's location Follow-up and resolve delivery error Implement and monitor PHI policies Accounting for disclosures of PHI and record keeping procedures Assist in the monitoring of business associate agreements Implement privacy training to ensure compliance with Pharmacy's policies and procedures Training and educating of staff Implement appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary

Requirements for this job: Current Pharmacy state license within the state of practice Bachelor's of Science or Pharm.D Degree from an approved College of Pharmacy At least four years experience in a retail setting Proficient with Excel, Wod and PowerPoint Capable of managing and executing multiple tasks simultaneously Must pass a background check and drug screen
