Responsibilities: Provide drug distribution and clinical services to patient in a safe, responsible manner and according to professional standards and practice Act as drug information resource to patients and other personnel

Requirements for this job: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy Current Pharmacy License in good standing within the state of practice Must complete orientation and training in central distribution, parenteral admixtures, chemotherapy, hyperalimentation, narcotics and formal clinical services Previous experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting preferred Able to work independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
