Pharmacist Part Time 20 Hours per week Inpatient Facility
This is a full-service health care facility made up of a team of highly skilled caregivers dedicated to improving the health and wellness of our community.
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for the daily operations of the Pharmacy Department. Provide pharmacy services, consultative and drug information services to patients and other healthcare providers

Requirements for this job: Current Pharmacy license in Indiana (and Michigan as required to complete essential job functions) Bachelor's or Doctorate Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy Previous hospital/home care experience required One to two years experience required
