Pharmacist Inpatient Rehab Facility

Responsibilities: Interpretation of physician orders, order entry, medication reconciliation, therapeutic and dosing recommendations to physicians, monitoring of renal dosing, medication inventory management, IV compounding and supervision of technicians. Will have the opportunity to learn pharmacy procedures and to assist the Director of Pharmacy in developing programs for JCAHO certification, nursing in-services, policy and protocol writing, USP797 compliance and participate on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee

Requirements for this job: Current or pending state license in practicing state Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
