Clinical Pharmacist Rotating Shift Inpatient Facility

Responsibilities: Develops, coordinates, and maintains clinical and distributive Pharmaceutical Care services in collaboration with other pharmacists, physicians, primary caregivers and patient/family Responsible for any delegated act performed by pharmacy technicians May assist in direct patient care and collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care Helps to ensure that patient care is delivered in a manner that optimizes outcome and minimizes cost

Requirements for this job: Current Pharmacist license within the state of practice Minimum Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy Must have basic pharmaceutical knowledge and clinical skills and be familiar with the basic functions of a hospital pharmacy Six months experience in an applicable setting
