Responsibilities: Responsible for providing, promoting, and supporting a professional environment that utilizes delegation of responsibility. Perform professional activities as set forth by law and regulation and may perform various technical aspects of pharmaceutical care and assumes responsibility for departmental activity, quality care, self development and customer satisfaction. Responsible for appropriate utilization of resources within the framework of established policies and procedures
This facility is not-for-profit community-owned that offers inpatient and outpatient services that include home support services, outreach programs, and follow-up care to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Requirements for this job: Current Pharmacy state license within the state of practice Bachelor's Degree of Science in Pharmacy Prior hospital experience preferred
