Requirements for this job: B.S. Pharm., Pharm.D., Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution Current Pharmacy state license within the state of practice Previous experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting desired Will complete orientation and training in central distribution, parenteral admixtures, chemotherapy, hyperalimentation, narcotics and formal clinical services Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently
