Responsibilities: Under the supervision and direction of the Pharmacist, assists in performing pharmaceutical functions which include: units dose dispensing, IV additive preparation and other related procedures that require a knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology

Requirements for this job: High school diploma Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program and certification from the PTCB preferred Current Pharmacy Technician Registration within the state of practice within 60 days of hire Hospital Pharmacy Technician experience necessary Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and metrics system
