Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation, organization, and provision of clinical pharmacy services which promote safe, effective and cost effective drug therapy in patients through the application of specialized skills, knowledge and functions through direct supervision of staff pharmacists. Duties include frequent interaction with the medical staff in developing drug therapy protocols and policy, collaborating with the Chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee in setting agenda items, and assuming a leadership role in goal setting and documentation of all medication management activities within the pharmacy.

Requirements for this job: Current Pharmacist license within the state of practice Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D Degree Minimum of three years experience in clinical pharmacy practice ASHP approved residency preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently
