Staff Pharmacist Inpatient Rehab Facility

Responsibilities: Responsible for serving patients by preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care teams and patients; monitoring patient drug therapies. Directs and coordinates all pharmacy activities, including the purchase, receipt, storage, compounding and dispensing of pharmaceuticals, in the absence of the Pharmacy Director.

Requirements for this job: Current or pending state license in practicing state Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
